Reena Slovin, Judaic Principal at The Maimonides School in Brookline, MA wrote

"I believe that you have a wonderful gift for working with young children and your techniques for bringing Torah alive are so creative, yet simple.  The teachers were very inspired by the workshop and the demonstration with the kids.  Teachers learn so much when they see something modeled for them, rather than by just reading or hearing about it.  I know we will incorporate new ideas.”

Judy Mendelsohn, ECE Director-Jacobson Sinai Academy, North Miami Beach, FL wrote

"We thoroughly enjoyed your visit and all that you taught us and the children.  We walked away with very valuable ideas and highly motivated.  It's one thing to "read a book" but it is so much more meaningful to have had the privilege of watching you put your words and ideas into action!  I know the ECE teachers were truly inspired by your visit.  Of course, it goes without saying that the children benefited greatly.  I know something is a 'true' success when teachers come to me right after being with you to brainstorm how they want to incorporate your lessons into their class.  They LOVED learning how to make costumes!”

Children learn best by doing. “Torah Alive!“ comprehensively describes an age-appropriate approach to the study of Torah,
using early childhood teaching techniques to present our ancient Jewish text. Relate today’s values to stories from
our past through this curriculum involving dress-up, puppets, art projects, music, and dance. Involve the parents in the
learning process as well. The Torah truly comes alive for students as they become active participants in the text.
